Process design:  Henan Xinmi Guozhuang stone plant mainly adopts two sets of heavy crusher III, it forms an enclosed system which can both enhance the output and ensure the proper granularity of materials. To guarantee the cleaness of aggregate, the feeder is of dust -screening type; the screens configuration are three before and two after so as to get required materials. Compared with the configuration of jaw crusher and impact crusher,  this double heavy crusher III feature light loading capacity, convenient  maintenance, less investment, and fast feedback. finished aggregate are in good shape, high purity and large strenghth.

Installation: It takes 2months for the whole production line to be installed,  from the contracts to the design of whole process flow, production of all equipments, installation on-site, and then fomally into operation.
