Process design:  this production line uses one sand making machine, the screen equipment is circular screen 2Y2460, which can screen out required products. this configuration features light loading capacity, convenient  maintenance, less investment, and fast feedback. finished aggregate are in good shape, high purity and large strenghth.

Installation:  it takes 2months for the whole production line to be installed,  from the contracts to the design of whole process flow, production of all equipments, installation on-site, and the fomally into operation.
