To make full use of jaw crusher, these four essentials shall be paid attention:
一、 before the operation of jaw crusher
1, to go through and make sure good lubrication of bearings, enough lubricating grease in the joint of inner bracket of bearing.
2, to check up and make certain the fastening pieces all fastened soundly
3, to examine the protective devices and eliminate unsafe factors
4, to clean and eliminate ores and other useless materials in crushing cavity
二、during jaw crusher’s working
1, to start the machine when machine body and transmission part are inspected and normal
2, only to be started unloaded
3, to stop the machine immediately when unnormal conditions happened and restart the machine when hidden dangers are removed
三、jaw crusher maintenance and usage
1, to feed raw materials when jaw crusher operates normally
2, raw material shall be fed into the cavity uniformly, side feeding must be avoided to prevent sudden load change or unilateral sudden increase
3, the temperature rise of bearing shall not surpass 35℃ during its normal operation, and the highest temperature shall be lower than 70℃, or the machine must be stopped and dangers be eliminated.
4, feeding must be stopped first before machine, and motor shall be turned off after materials crushed in cavity are totally discharged.
5, if machine halt is caused by material block in crushing cavity, motor shall be turned off instantly and restart after materials are discharged
6, to U-turn the jaw plate when it is worn on one end and continue to use the other end
四、the lubrication of jaw crusher
1, take frequent inspection of friction surface and lubricate it, so as to guarantee the normal operation and lengthen its service life
2, the choice of lubricating grease shall depend on location and local temperature, generally, Albany grease, sodium grease are adopted.
3, the volume of lubricating grease added into the bearing block shall take up 50-70%, and be changed every 3 months. Before changing grease, bearing and bearing block shall be cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene
