Flotation machine is a general-used dressing equipment, mainly applied to sort non-ferrous metal as copper, zinc, lead, nickel and gold, roughing and cleaning of ferrous metal and non ferrous metal. As a large scale machinery, the maintenance of flotation machine can not be ignored, it must abide by the following steps and requirements.
1, Active work of main spares lies on regular maintenance, check spare parts carefully every 3-4 months, new flotation machine shall be inspected more frequently in first few months.
2, Only skilled worker can observe the machine
3, A complete set of spare parts shall be prepared in store for change to reduce downtime.
4, Flotation machine operators must be trained or guided to fully know the machine
5, Filter shall be used when injecting oil to avoid useless material; oil cap shall be sealed when flotation machine is at work
6, Check the machine and inform other workers before starting machine
7, Open order: close the switch, press the start button
8, Keep your hand out of the revolving part when machine is started
