Jaw Crusher Introduction
Jaw Crusher was used in the industrial production since 1858. For its simple structure, reliable work, ability to be produced, repaired and managed easily and low cost in equipments, it is still widely used in the departments of mineral separation, building materials, metasilicate and chemistry. Sometimes, mini-type Jaw Crushers are used in coarse and intermediate crushing toward hard and medium hard ores or stones.

Structure of Jaw Crusher
The movable jaw of the Jaw Crusher is hung directly by roller bearing on the eccentric shaft10. The eccentric shaft is supported the by roller bearing which is equipped in the rack12.
When the electromotor goes through the triangle belt and moves the rubber wheel 13 on the eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft will make movable jaw do complicated swing.
The groove under the movable jaw is embedded with lining plate 4 on which both ends of the thrust board 5 are supported. Back thrust board is equipped in the front inclined iron 6 which is located in the spout of both side wall of the rack and sticks to the back inclined iron 7. Use a wrench to rotate right the nut on the back inclined iron 7 when discharge mouth needs an adjustment, then the back inclined iron will raise and move front inclined iron forward through the spout and discharge mouth be smaller and vice verse.
The other parts of the Jaw Crusher is similar with simple pendulum Jaw Crusher.
