I. Prevention of gravity damage 

Everything in the cement production line has its own gravity, including the operator itself, so it is strictly forbidden to carry out high-altitude operations for people with cardiovascular disease, and the personnel for high-altitude operations should be equipped with seat belts. Do not implement high-altitude work in thunderstorm days to prevent lightning damage. In addition, the work platform above two floors should have a fence. The retrograde action is prohibited in the production area to prevent falling or inquiry out of high-speed operation of the machine. Do not throw any material from the high altitude. The operators shall wear helmets while walking in the plant. 

2. Prevention of equipment damage

Most machines are high-speed rotating equipment with large size in the cement production line. If the operator touches the rotating equipment, it may be subject to mechanical damage. It is prohibited to touch the moving parts with hand or other tools so as to prevent clothes, hair getting involved in the equipment. Remember to shut down the machine for carrying out cleaning or maintenance. In summary, you can’t be too careful about the details in the work. 

3. Prevention of electrical damage 

In the production process of cement, the operator should also be careful about the injury caused by the power. If it is necessary to work in the vicinity of electrical equipment or lines, the electrical workers should wear anti-electrical insulation shoes. The insulated rubber sheet should be laid in front of the high-voltage electrical cabinet. All the electrical room should be closed after the operation. In addition, we should also pay attention to other details so as to ensure the operators free from power injury.
