1. Belt width; narrow belt width will influence operation stability and have material leakage.

2. Fixed conveyor has higher installation quality and higher speed than semi-fixed and movable conveyor.

3. There should be a higher speed in level conveying and large machine dip angle will have a better material movement.

4. Larger conveying capacity will have stronger conveying strength.

5. Loading and material impacting will abrade belt that its conveying speed should be slow down. Also high speed machine operation is used for reduce conveying tension.

In actual material conveying process, its speed is determined by material feature, conveying capacity, and tension. Thus in operation, operator should have some basic knowledge about machine for higher interests and smooth operation.
