Zhongyu Dingli has been engaged in the mine industry for nearly three decades. With excellent quality and long service life, its hammer crusher machines are widely applied by the customers across the nation. Considering many inquiries have been received recently on how to correctly install the hammer crusher, we would like to share the following guidance for the reference of all the customers. 

Hammer crusher installation process guidance:

1. The installation and construction personnel should get familiar with the hammer crusher structure, performance and technical requirements, understand the necessary operating practices, and develop appropriate installation procedures in advance.

2. Make some pre-construction preparation: for example, determine the installation location, ensure the balance of foundation, measure the distances and so on.

3. Do not forget the basic work; for example, carry out a detailed inspection for availability of all the parts of the hammer crusher. 

4. The lifting equipment is required on the installation site for lifting the hammer crusher. 

5. Carefully check the coordinate positions of reserved equipment operating space and reserved holes of anchor bolts to make sure they are in line with the specifications of equipment drawing and design materials. The vertical and horizontal basis coordinates (vertical and horizontal axes) of the equipment are the centerline of the equipment and the axis of the rotor.

6. The crusher must be installed on the basis of reinforced concrete. The foundation height, depth and size should be separately calculated by combining local soil conditions. The machine can also be installed on the steel frame. 

7.The foundation surface shall be horizontal. Try to avoid ash leak through the intersection of the machine body and the foundation. The anchor bolts should be repeatedly fastened.

8. Enough space should be reserved in the lower part of the base to facilitate installation and repair of the equipment.

9. Vibration-absorbing materials should be filled between the equipment and the foundation.

10. The hammer crusher motor can be arranged on the right and left sides. The conventional products are placed on the right of the host machine. If there is any change, please inform the supplier of such change in advance.
