Today, we continue to share the guidance for hammer crusher intallation.

1.In the process of lower shell installation, remember to tighten the screws and avoid the leak. Utilize the pre-marked crossed line to determine the vertical and horizontal center line of the hammer crusher base. The elevation should be measured by the level.

2. As for installation of the rotor, it is necessary to measure the longitudinal center, axial center, rotor ring hammer crusher level and so on.

3. To install, replace or adjust the hammer should pay attention to the weight of the hammer. The hammer weight difference should be controlled to the minimum state in the symmetrical position.

4. Internal gap adjustment. Try to choose the low point under the circumstance that there is no friction and collision during the operation equipment. All the gaps should meet specifications of the drawings or equipment manual. 

5. Pay attention to flange connection in the process of upper shell installation. Bolt holes should be aligned and then tighten the bolts. Make sure there is no leakage of dust or air.

6. The hydraulic device should be installed in line with the drawings. Assemble the tubing according to the actual condition of production site.

7. Before operation of the crusher machine, check whether there are debris in crushing chamber and various parts, whether bolts are fastened and whether there is oil spill in the refueling point.

8. Implement idle debugging for 4 hours after the rotating direction is confirmed to be correct. Check whether there is abnormal noise and vibration. The temperature rise of motor bearing shall not exceed 45 ℃. After the completion of operation, check whether there is loose among the bolts of various parts.

9. It is necessary to carefully check the gap between the bottom of the counterattack plate and the upper part of the hammer plate before the first start and after long-time operation of the machine. Make sure that the gap between the front counter and the plate hammer is twice the width of the gap between the rear counter and the plate hammer.
