Customer: Mengdian Cement Group 

Location: Mengzhuang Industrial Zone, Huixian City, Henan Province

Capacity: 2500TPH

Raw material: limestone and mountain stone

Equipment configured: ZGC2050 vibrating feeder*2sets, PCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher*2sets, PC1220 shaping crusher*2 sets, 2YKZ3070 vibrating screen*14 sets and other auxiliary equipment.

Project background 

Mengdian Cement belongs to Henan Mengdian Group. It is the fourth largest cement production enterprise following Tianrui Cement, China United Cement Corp and Tongli Cement. In order to respond national call for green production, energy saving and emission reduction, Mengdian Cement entrusted Zhongyu Dingli to build a 2500tph green gravel aggregate production, forming continuous industrial chains including cement, aggregate and concrete. Configured with a number of dust collecting machines and decorated by lots of green vegetation, this garden-like gravel plant has attracted the visit from numerous industry peers.
