Sand Making Machine Application

1. Artificial sand production with river pebbles, rocks (limestone, granite, basalt, diabase, andesite, etc.) or ore tailings as raw materials.

2.  Production of building aggregate, road fabric, cushion material, asphalt concrete and cement concrete aggregate.

3. Water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, highways, high-speed railway, passenger line, bridge, airport runway, municipal engineering, high-rise building and other projects.

4. Fine crushing of materials in the building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, mining, refractory materials, cement, abrasive and other industries.

Sand Making Machine Maintenance 

⒈ Regularly open the observation door to inspect internal wear condition of the parts including central feed tube, cone cap, the upper and lower runner liner of impeller, round guard and anti-wear block. The worn part shall be timely replaced or repaired. It is prohibited to open the observation door during the operation of machine or adopt self-made impeller without consent of manufacturer.

⒉ The tension of transmission V-belt of sand making machine shall be properly adjusted so as to ensure the belt suffers even force. In case of dual motor drive, the length of the v-belt in each side shall be the same so that the sand making machine can work efficiently with low energy consumption.

⒊Add proper amount of lubricating oil after the sand maker has operated for 400 hours; open the spindle assembly and clean bearing after 2000 hours of operation; replace the bearing with a new one after 7200 hours.
