Limestone sand maker is core equipment for a complete limestone sand production line, besides, it is also configured with vibrating feeder, hammer crusher, vibrating screen, sand washing machine and belt conveyor. It works as follows: 

Firstly, the bulk limestone material is fed to the heavy hammer crusher (or jaw crusher) by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing; then the crushed materials are conveyed to the shaping hammer crusher (or impact crusher) for further processing; through separation of vibrating screen， the qualified stone materials are conveyed into sand making machine for production of crushed sand while the rest are returned to the crusher for repeated crushing. The crushed sand shall be processed by sand washing machine before it is stored as final product.
