As for the raw materials with middle and low hardness, such as limestone, bluestone, coal gangue and shale, the sand production line equipment includes ZG-0928 vibrating feeder, PC-0706 hammer crusher, ZSJ-0808 dual rotor sand maker, YKZ2460 vibrating screen and XS2615 bucket wheel sand washer.

50TPH Sand Production Line Process 

The process of 50tph sand production line has three stages of primary crushing, fine crushing and sand washing. At first, the raw materials are evenly fed into the primary crusher for processing by the vibrating feeder; the crushed materials are conveyed into the sand maker for shaping; after that, the materials are separated by the vibrating screen; in the final process, the crushed sand with qualified size will be washed by the sand washing machine. At last, the clean sand is stored as final product for sale.
