If the raw materials have middle hardness, hammer crusher is suitable crushing equipment with large reduction ratio and low price.

At this time, the manufacturers will appropriately raise the prices within macro-control range of the nation.

Firstly, the investor shall apply for required permits and determine the location for production. Then it should consider purchasing the main crushing and conveying equipment. As for the temporary equipment such as forklifts, rigs, digging machine, rock drill, it will save investor a lot of cost by renting instead of purchasing them. 

The main equipment for a sand & gravel plant include feeding machine, crusher, vibrating screen, dust collector and conveyor machine. The investor shall make comparison among various manufacturers so as to select the equipment with high quality and stable performance.
