I. Shut-down of the vibrating screen

1. Do not shut down the vibrating screen until all the materials on the screen surface have been processed.

2. Turn off the switch and close the pressure water valve.

3. Observe whether there is collision or the amplitude is too large when the sieve passes through the resonance point. If any, immediately make a report.

4. Carry out maintenance for the equipment and clean the production site after the operation.

5. Check the bolts of various parts and tighten the loose bolts.

6. Carefully fill in the operation report for future reference.

II. Common failures and solutions of vibrating screen

1. Abnormal vibration under no-load operation. Check and tighten the anchor bolts.

2. Abnormal sound under no-load operation. Check and clean the residual material in the vibrating screen or check and repair the clearance between the drive and the body.

3. In case the device does not run when the operator starts the vibrating screen, check and clean the fouling of the vibrating screen, check the connection between the motor and the body, notify the electrician to check the motor and start the button.

III. Operating precautions

1.In the process of operation, pay attention to the bearing temperature of transmission part. The normal temperature rise is 35 ℃, once it exceeds 70 ℃, timely shut down the machine.

2.Check the lubrication device and clean the parts after operation. Carry out proper and regular maintenance.

3. Fill in the report on the operation, lubrication and maintenance of the vibrating screen.

4.Clean up the production site.
