A complete sand production line is mainly configured with vibrating feeder, hammer crusher, dual rotor sand making machine, vibrating screen, bucket wheel sand washing machine, belt conveyor and other equipment. During operation, the bulk stones are first fed into the hammer crusher from the hopper in a uniform manner; next the crushed materials are processed by the screening equipment, the qualified materials are transported by the belt conveyor into sand making machine for fine crushing while the rest will be returned to the primary crusher for repeated processing. In order to improve the quality of crushed sand, a sand washing machine is also necessary for the whole production line.
